Henning Strobel is VP of Building Management Software at Siemens, where he leads the global PLM organization to deliver innovative BMS portfolios that enhance building performance and user experience. With over 15 years at Siemens, Henning has held various leadership roles across Germany and Asia, focussing on product management for large Software portfolios and strategic marketing. His expertise spans digital transformation, industrial IoT, and (SaaS) business models. Henning holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and executive education from ESADE, building on a foundation in industrial design. He is passionate about bridging technology and user-centered design to create sustainable, intelligent environments.
